1. Get a Journal
Self awareness is key. Having a safe space where I can release my emotions or simply reflect on my day has really helped not only my mental health but my ability to communicate and understand my feelings.
2. Prioritize Your Health & Wellness
Although it is sometimes easier said than done, every small step you take contributes to a bigger picture. Whether it's making sure you get a good amount of water in everyday, meditating every morning, or cutting out bad habits; putting more effort into your health & wellness contributes to your everyday happiness.
3. Track Your Goals
Often times we might make a resolution and forget about it a week later. Hold yourself accountable by making sure you track your goals daily. I love this 100 day goal journal. It really helps me prioritize my goals and prevents me from procrastinating.
4. Surround Yourself By The Right People
The people you let into your space have a huge impact on your energy. Even if it's unintentional, if we surround ourselves by people who aren't taking care of themselves or working towards anything, those habits eventually rub off on you. Be conscious of who has access to you and your energy!
